Fasting with juicing/or raw veggies for Healing and Detoxing of Gluten and Candidiasis

What is a fast. There are spiritual fasts(abstinence) and physical nutritional fasts too. This is a fast and eventual diet that I use and have used for a systemic condition that started in the lower intestine called candidiasis; and it eventually swept through my entire body and blood system. Herbal teas are imperative with this condition. Especially the green, white and bark teas like Pau de Arco Taheebo tea. Great natural cleansing agents.Studying the normal ratios of homeostasis in the body such as alkaline/acid and yeast/bacterial levels would be very helpful also.

Recently to add to my problems ..i have found i am allergic to wheat, barley, rye and sometimes oats..basically gluten!
So now I add gluten-free foods to the list of foods I can eat. I have less gas, bloating, fatigue,brain fogs and more regular stools.
Distilled water is best…but make sure you get your minerals supplementally.There are minerals that are more easy to assimilate than others…I use either liquid minerals or these teabag like type of infusion packets that you can drop in your distilled water gallon container.

Now Iam not a doctor and so I recommend that you always listen to new advice and run it by your doctor…Sometimes doctors just want you to take meds and never just do things the natural way only. I say talk to the doctor and eat natural and tell him what you are going to do…while still taking his product recommendation…perhaps…he and you both will see there will be no need for the meds after a time..but in any event only a doctor can prescibe and take you off of your meds not you…cause of negative consequences..

When I finally said no more meds and tried a homeopathic approach working with a comprehensive medical group…I finally licked the condition I had with and only with their help. In any event we must realize that it takes a certain amount of bravery to be patient and eat healthy…sometimes people don’t want to change their ways of eating and just want to eat unhealthy and just continue to take 40 pills at the same time. When one does finally go all natural one must work closely with their doctors to monitor their progress in retreating from meds…in other words don’t do it alone.

Monitor yourself and have others monitor you. Again Iam not a doctor this is just something of the way of helping you rethink how you look at food and its power to heal regarding food combinations,restrictions, supplements and eating organic.

Someone said she had to eat some sort of more complex carbohydrate…when beginnning my particular fast(which starts with green vegetables especially the leafy kind she said sometimes one might get dizzy…I believe I mentioned…egg white protein powder, or some soy protein or a teaspoon of almond or peanut butter stirred into a blended yogurt with 1/2 banana + some berrie smoothie one makes at home in a blender…to keep your glycemic level high enough and keep you from feeling weak or dizzy…especially if one is working… or at a job and under more pressure than one would be if one remained at home during the beginning of the fast…(which I did) but my dizziness resulted from the detoxing process that I was warned about from the biochemist and others that I was working with).

Anyway this comment was a good reminder for me to remind you again…that every body is different…but cleansing takes…discipline and patience while doing it…weakness and dizziness is not only lack of sugars and proteins…that one needs…especially if one is hypoglycemic…etc…but also weakness and symptoms of itchiness, skin changes and discharges etc…can also be from the bodies naturally cleansing process…***AND it also DEPENDS on HOW FAST ONE WANTS TO DETOX ALSO..THE MORE ONE HOLDS ON TO OLD EATING PROBLEMS AND PRODUCTS…THE LONGER ONE WILL HAVE THE INTENSITY OF THE PROBLEM…SO IT IS UP TO YOU. I SAY TAKE TIME TO DO IT..TAKE OFF A WEEK OF WORK OR DO IT ON A VACATION INSTEAD OF A CRUISE OR SOMETHING…WHEREAS ONE USUSALLY EATS UNHEATHY AND RICH FOODS MOST OF THE TIME…(:

(: EXPERIENCE is a good teacher…So I loved her reminder..so I can remind you again! Dear ones, I welcome other techniques of this same approach..if one wants to comment..We all should share something concerning our healing process regarding systemic candidiasis so that by gleaning we grow in knowledge and power…and not feel so overwhelmed and helpless…
Note: Did you know I read in a clinical report that the carbonation in pop can slowly over time somehow get into the rest of your body..and make your body toxic through leaking out of your bowels? So watch your carbonated drink intake.
